Where do I stay? And how do I get there?

I am not staying at the resort and need to drive, where do I park in the village?

All parking is free at Winter Park duirng the summer! We recommend the Village Garage as it’s the closest to the gondola. Please see this map for all the parking areas!

When do I need to upload the gondola?

Please get to the gondola at 4pm on Saturday to upload for the ceremony! This gondola ride is free for wedding guests. (pro tip if you have an IKON pass for next year, you can take the gondola for free any time).

What’s the weather like? Which events are indoors and outdoors?

Expect mid-70s during the day and mid-50s after the sun goes down.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, the welcome drinks will be a combination of inside and outside, and the reception will be inside.

Is there a grocery store nearby?

There is a Trail’s End Mercantile grocery store inside the village, which has basic groceries. There is also a Safeway in the nearby town of Fraser.

What can I do while waiting around for your events?

Please see the Winter Park website for all the summer activities they offer! If you ahve next years IKON pass, you can get a discount.
